very comfy bed in the guest room, plus a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and an air conditioning.

I had a fantastic stay! Everything was really clean and in great shape. the location is excellent, which is a huge plus. the rooms were spacious and well-furnished, especially the bathrooms. All of this for just £150! 😊.

I stayed in this hotel for ONE MONTH. The location is outside Riyadh city. None other than the CenterPoint and Granada Mall/Carrefour are close to this location. Riyadh Airport is also close from this location @25kms. If you want to visit places in Riyadh City like Olaya, Hara or Batha, you have to take a Taxi compulsarily which normally charges a min of SAR 30 one way.

The Hotel is good. The Staff and the Room Service is also very good. The Staff and the Room Service people are friendly.

I stayed in this Hotel for One Month. The checkout time at this Hotel was 15.00. Since my return flight was 00:15 in the midnight, I had requested my checkout to be at 18:30-19:00. The Staff in the night shift had agreed for this but the staff in the day shift did not, in fact he demanded half day charge for that. After requesting for a long time, he allowed me only 2hrs extra till 17:00 which is common thing I experienced at most of the other hotels I stayed in Riyadh/Jeddah and Dammam. So I had to forcefully checkout from the hotel at 17:00. I learnt from the other staff that this fellow allows late checkout for mostly Egyptians and Saudis but not for Asians.

The room I stayed in was nicely decorated and comfortable, complete with a Jacuzzi and a quiet air conditioner.

The place was clean and excellent, had skilful staff at the reception desk. I truly enjoyed the room with jacuzzi. The restaurant was not very far from the hotel.

We had a great time at this cozy hotel with its convenient location near the northern ring road, the airport, and Garnada mall. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and always ready to help.
